Spirituality Without Dogma: Simple, Practical, Yours with With Ravi Kathuria
What if the most important thing about you can be experienced in the next three minutes—no doctrine, no gatekeepers, no perfect routine? That’s where Ravi takes us: to a definition of spirituality so simple it almost feels subversive—spirituality is the experience of your own life force.
We start with nature and oneness, moving from a culture that rewards separation to a grounded sense of belonging. Ravi shares how early meditation, a career in consulting, and a fork-in-the-road decision reframed success from “more” to “meaning.” His book, Happy Soul, Hungry Mind, unfolds as a single-day dialogue between a burned-out CEO and a mentor who refuses platitudes. The result is a practical path: logical questions, testable practices, and a way to meet grief and pressure without numbing out. The identity piece runs through every scene—when the costume drops, ego has nowhere to stand. What’s left is presence, energy, and a lighter touch with work, love, and loss.
We also get specific. Ravi’s “spiritual gravity” explains why the search for peace never stops, even when goals are met. He walks us through how to sense life energy directly—feeling the pulse, the subtle vibration in the hands, the awareness behind thought—so listeners can test claims in real time. No special beliefs required. The payoffs are concrete: quieter sleep, clearer decisions, more honest conversations, and a steadier center when life tilts. Whether you’re skeptical, curious, or quietly hungry for something real, this conversation offers a clean starting point you can try today.
If this resonates, explore more from Ravi at spiritualitywithin.com and grab Happy Soul, Hungry Mind on Amazon or listen free on YouTube. If the ideas shift something in you, share the episode with a friend, hit follow, and leave a quick review—what did you feel first?

Here is the link for Sunday's 4 pm Pacific time Zoom meeting
Well, hello, and welcome back to the Healthy Living Podcast. I'm your host, Joe Grumbine, and today we have a very special guest. His name is Ravi Cathruya. I hope I said that right. I usually go over that right, but uh you know, Ruby, it's uh it's a pleasure to meet you. So Ruby is uh he's got a mission to awaken the world by sharing the truths. Uh, spirituality is stunningly simple and practical. It's non-religious and available universally without judgment. Spirituality is in our DNA and it's accessible 24-7. Spirituality is the universe's ultimate gift. And and um, you know, you wrote a couple of books, How Cohesive is Your Company and Happy Soul, Hungry Mind, a modern day parable about spirituality. And uh it sounds like we have so much to talk about. So, Ravi, welcome to the show. I'd like to just jump in and start talking.
SPEAKER_01:No, but perfect. Uh Joe, I I appreciate you having me on the on the show. What a pleasure. I want to congratulate you for your life and your life's work. Uh, I read about what you're doing with Gardens of Hope and how wonderful that is. That made me feel so good. I almost wanted to come visit.
SPEAKER_00:I said, We'd love to have you. You know, I extend an offer to all my guests to come out and see you again. And every once in a while, one will come by and and and share some time, you know.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, yes, yes. I I love nature, and uh the the danger maybe, Joe, is I might come and never leave. So be careful with that.
SPEAKER_00:You wouldn't be the you wouldn't be the first, it probably won't be the last.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I love nature and and nature has such a uh incredible impact on us human beings, and we we need to we need to be cognizant of that, and we want to we need to appreciate that and benefit from it. Right. You are something I spoke over you, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:We're part of nature, you know. I think a lot of times we forget that that um you know nature is all living things, and and and also a lot of not living things, you know. It's it's it's really the whole universe, and we're an integral part of it, and we're actually we're all connected, you know. We we're barely even beginning to learn and understand that, but we're all we're all connected.
SPEAKER_01:Absolutely, absolutely.
SPEAKER_00:Tell us a little bit about yourself, you know. You've obviously got a um interesting background that brought you to these messages that you're sharing with people. And uh why don't you tell us a little bit about how you came to this place?
SPEAKER_01:Sure. Uh, sure. Uh let me let me uh share my journey so far. But uh, you know, you you made an interesting comment before you asked me this question, which was we're all connected. And so uh let me tee off of that for just a second, right? It's too tempting for me to leave it on the table, right?
SPEAKER_00:It's all good. Yeah, I love it, I love it.
SPEAKER_01:You're right. Uh we'll get to me. I'm not that interesting.
SPEAKER_02:I love it.
SPEAKER_01:Let's talk about uh yeah, absolutely. Yeah, uh, and and yeah, so the the when when people ask me who I am, uh you know, my my life journey is okay. You know, it's it's the is the character that we play, but really at the at the very core essence, I am the universe.
SPEAKER_00:Exactly.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, I'm not the entire universe, but I absolutely am the essence of the universe, and the universe is in me, yes, and it is outside me and in me. You can you know it's it's like I am the I'm the drop of water in the ocean, right? Not all water, but you better believe it, I am as much water as the ocean. So you cannot separate the ocean from me, right? Uh and for and neither can you take me out. I mean, I will always be water, right? And and so then oneness, I am the universe, and guess what? We all are, we are all part of this universe. You talked about nature. Uh we are nature, we are the universe, right? We are the essence. I am I'm no different than a tree, right? I am no different than an ant. And for me to think that I am different, um is is is a is a little presumptuous because I am I'm just a being in this universe, and I have both matter and energy that comprises me, but we're all we're all one, we're all energy and and matter, right? And so if we introduce ourselves as we are all the universe, uh how how beautiful that is, how how how true that is, right?
SPEAKER_00:One is how true it is. You know what blows me away is in this world of information, the media and politics, and you know, all this chaos and and and negativity that's out there, the message is generally about how we're different. Yes, how I'm not like you, and that's so false. It's all so false. You know, when you find out when we're when when our life force goes away from our body and we burn it into ashes, and you know what? You can't tell the ashes from a tree, from the ashes of an animal, from the ashes of a human, it's all the same stuff.
SPEAKER_01:It's all yeah, how beautiful is that? How beautiful is what you say, because uh we're all one. Uh at the end of the day, we are we are just matter, right? Exactly. We are matter, and you know, there is an ad that used to come on TV. I think it was an ad for a car or something, and the guy is driving on a beautiful hilly road, and then he stops and he watches uh a bunch of birds flying in the sky, and then he he's talking over it and and trying to prove how we need to push ourselves, and then one bird pulls ahead of the rest, right? And then they focus on that bird. The message being, you know, drive this car and pull ahead of the rest. You know, the material world is always trying to push you ahead of others to differentiate you, right? You need to be uh the richest on the block, you need to have the biggest house, the biggest car, you need to have the most beautiful spouse and the best behaved kids on earth, right? You and your kids need to do well. Forget you doing well, your kids need to do well, right? If your life was not screwed up, you know, now we put pressure on you to make your kids' life screwed up, right? So, all of this, we all have to compete. We're always competing, competing with friends, right? Competing with family members, right? And there is always that pressure. But when we come to the spiritual dimension, when our very identity is dissolved, you say if your identity itself is dissolved, there is no question of ego, because there is ego cannot survive without an identity, it needs identity. You yank the the platform, the the base of ego, when you remove the identity, there is nothing. There is you are just pure energy, and and it is the essence of oneness, right? It's it's in our minds we differentiate when we quiet the mind, there is only oneness left. How beautiful is that?
SPEAKER_00:Um how how amazing. Powerful, and uh you know, people spend a lifetime trying to find that, whether it's through a religion or a practice or education.
SPEAKER_01:Yes. Excuse me, I might sneeze. Oh sorry about that.
SPEAKER_00:No, no worries.
SPEAKER_01:I thought I was done. Yeah, that was the last one. Um right, and and now your your your question about my my journey. So I'm I'm happy to answer that. And and and I I I can already tell whatever I answer is going to be so trivial compared to I am the universe.
SPEAKER_00:It's still interesting to see how each of us finds our way to the place, you know, as infinite as the universe is, and as we are all part of it, we all also have an experience that we live that is unique to our to our piece of this.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, yes. Uh no, absolutely. We we you know, we all have our unique journey and we have all have a piece of it. Uh, I just want to make sure nobody um uh mimics their life on what I have done. Don't do what I do, listen to what I say, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Don't do what I do.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, let don't let my actions and life be your inspiration, please. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:You don't want to go the way I went.
SPEAKER_01:It's not the first now now. What I talk about, uh absolutely because because that's not you know, the the the the things that I talk about, especially when it comes to spiritual thing, absolutely, that is groundbreaking, but it's not because I am saying it. Right. Me saying it doesn't make it groundbreaking, it's groundbreaking because it is all right. Uh so let's let's get my part done quickly here, and then we'll we'll get to uh you know uh the the the the the spirituality aspect. So I you know I've uh when I was 14 or 15, um I had uh a meditation experience and and I would I realized that I enjoyed being peaceful. And so I I would I would find myself not playing with friends, but my best pastime was walking in the fields when everybody was playing and then just contemplating right questions that um I grew up in a in a family when my dad was very spiritual and uh very analytical, philosophical, my mother, right? And so I grew up in that in that family, and then I have lived a life. Uh you know, and it this piece and meditation has always been in the background. Uh I did I did come to the US when I was 21 years old to pursue higher education and you know, worked for companies, got laid off, did the uh paid the news, then created two companies, uh a management consulting executive coaching form, and then uh another company which hosts uh strategic conferences. I've done that, written two books, one book on business, um bit quote it in in uh national publications from Forbes to Wall Street Journal in on business aspects. But then I realized um in in about you know around 2016 or so is that I can continue to focus on business and make more money, but that that money was not going to make a difference to me when I was on my deathbed. Right, right. I mean, I I I had an idea which I believed, I don't know if it was true or not, that could make serious amounts of money, right? I had a software idea which which would have and so, but I said, okay, in order to make a serious amount of money, you know, what's a serious amount of money? Uh several hundred million billion dollars. I said it would take me 20, 30 years. Right, right. You gotta do it, and I I would have to, and and and then I would be at the end of my life, right? And what am I gonna do with that billion dollars at the end of my life?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, give it to somebody.
SPEAKER_01:Either my kids are going to be really happy, or my doctors are gonna be really happy, or my lawyers are gonna be happy. I it's not gonna make me happy, right? What am I so what is it? So I I I I asked myself, okay, you know, you've Ravi, you've been talking about spirituality, and every opportunity I would get, I would tell people my my goal in life is is to make spiritual progress. And I said to myself, you know, you you talk the talk, it's time to walk the walk. And so I said, okay, I won't pursue the project. I decided to pull together all the thoughts and ideas that concepts that I had about spirituality, because I'd been thinking about it for a long time, right? And I made little notes and I said, it's time to write my book on spirituality. I told my elder son about it, and he said, Dad, you don't understand your second book has to be in the same genre as your first book. You know, that's when you realize your kids have grown up and they start giving you advice. Exactly. You know, I but I told myself that you know, I people ask me what inspired me to write to write these books, and I say nothing inspired me. And I and I look at their face, it has abject disappointment because they're expecting to hear some historical religious figures, some event in my life. Right. I was not inspired, I was compelled, I did not have a choice to write this book. And so Happy Soul, Hungry Mind came about, uh, got published around 2000, took me three years. Um, you know, both these books almost nearly killed me because I'm not an author. Right? And and and they they're excruciating uh amount of hard work. But happy soul, hungry mind, um incredible experience because when I was writing it, uh, I began to write stuff which I did not know existed in my mind. Wow, I had no idea where this was coming from. I had never heard anybody talk about it. I had not thought about it, but it was just flowing. And I was looking at the paper and said, This is mind-bocking, but I I wish I knew where it was coming from.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_01:And if I was trying to create a religion, I would have claimed I went up the some hill or mountain and you know, sat there in code for uh 14 days, and voila, I had a revelation.
SPEAKER_00:But no, it's got your tablets in the comfort of my beautiful home.
SPEAKER_01:This is where it flowed, and and you know, it's mind-boggling these spiritual truths. Uh uh, and which is what I was saying earlier is is my journey of life. I'm just an ordinary human being. I sweat and bleed uh and I and I cry like uh a bray, and I and I have stress and anxiety. Um, yeah, there is nothing about me but that if you're focused on me, then you're focused on the wrong thing. Focus on what these spiritual truths are, right? And these are just oh my god, they are the ramification of these spiritual truths are just so profound, they can change the course of human history, right?
SPEAKER_00:You know, it seems like it comes down to uh what some people call your heart's desire. You know, you found that early in your life, most people don't. You know, when you were 14, you discovered that you found a love of peace. Yes, you you some part of your heart always looked for that. And and so you had like a a point on the map that you were heading to inside, whether you were doing it outside or not.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I call it, you know, I call it spiritual gravity. Spiritual gravity, I did a post many years ago on I think on Instagram. But spiritual gravity is acting on us all the time, just like physical gravity, right? Right. Uh physical gravity is acting on now. I may not realize it. I walk around, I dance, I do whatever, right? I never realize that gravity is acting on me. I jump up and down. It's gravity that keeps me and never think about it. Yeah, you know, if I had not studied, gone to school, I would not have, I am not as uh smart as uh uh Newton, right? Newton figured out his gravity. I am not smart as Newton, I have to have got my entire life not knowing that uh what brings me down is the earth, not my weight.
SPEAKER_00:Right, right, exactly.
SPEAKER_01:Right? But it's the same spiritual gravity is acting on us all the time, whether we know it or not, it is beckoning us, and uh we find that we try to address that need for peace through happiness in the world, right? We were looking for pleasure, we're looking for love, and we we we try to equate it, we try to backfill that. When we awaken and we say, Oh, what I've really been looking for is not external. I can fulfill what I'm looking for.
SPEAKER_00:That's the day when the switch turns on and your life begins to change. I couldn't agree more. You know, it's it's wild. Um, you were very fortunate in that you found it through really just you're following your your heart. Yeah. And and you know, you had the good sense to do that. A lot of people ignore what their heart says and they go after what you know people are telling them or what you know the media tells you, or some people find it through horrible tragedy, you know, um overcoming a very aggressive cancer right now. And I discovered um I discovered that connection in the midst of that journey, and I I came to a place where I had to put all of my attention to this one thing, or I was gonna die. And when I came to that place where all my attention came to this one thing, I felt a light start to grow in me. And all my life I've tried to meditate, I've tried to, you know, get to this place where you came to easier than I. And through this most difficult tragedy, whoop, I guess jumped into it. Now I have no problem, and I can close my eyes and and and be one um without any trouble. So the the the sometimes, you know, we all come from all these different places, and it it really comes down to what are you gonna do? You know, what are you gonna do?
SPEAKER_01:Yes, yes. Uh Mr. Grambine, may I have your permission to bless you? Oh, absolutely, please. Uh please close your eyes. I'm putting my thumb in between your eyebrows and pressing gently. And putting your palm my palm on your forehead. And then moving it slowly towards the top of your head. And then repeating you. Thank you, Joe.
SPEAKER_00:Thank you, that was beautiful. I felt it.
SPEAKER_01:Thank you. Thank you for letting me alone.
SPEAKER_00:We're we're now connected in a new way. We are I love it.
SPEAKER_01:I lost two of my uh friends to cancer. And um Yeah, sometimes I I I question myself that if I truly was special, maybe I would have been able to change that course.
SPEAKER_00:But though exist, and uh we all have the our piece in this, and and as we're all part of the universe, we're not all responsible for everything. You have a gift, and I now have a gift, and I help cancer people now with what I've learned and how to help them solve their problems and how to teach them to solve their problems. So now people find me through this podcast and other venues. And I help people all the time, where before I could have never even talked to them, I didn't know.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, God bless you, sir. Thank you for your work. Thank you so much.
SPEAKER_00:Absolutely. So your book is is uh I I'm looking forward to reading your book. Why don't you tell us a little bit about um Happy Soul, Hungry Mind?
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, so Happy Soul, Hungry Mind is a very interesting book because it's the story of a young entrepreneur, he's a young CEO, he's a small company, and he's really struggling, very disappointed in in how he's not able to achieve the goals that he set out for the company. And then he has a personal tragedy. And now the man is completely broken, right? And so it's it's the it's a conversation that happens. Um actually the the book is you know, the story is just unfolds it. It's it's an entire conversation between this man and his mentor in in an entire day. That's it. That's the story, right? And in the conversation. And he he runs into his mentor uh and he says, I I want to sleep for one uh freaking night uh in peace. He says, That's all I'm I'm not able to, and and you know, he's he's uh he's young, he's ambitious, he has energy, uh but he just doesn't know where life is taking him, right? Right. And so it's it's a discussion between these two men, and uh, you know it's a discussion that is humorous at times, but it's contentious at times, right? They're debating because this is not uh this is not a faith-based uh discussion, right? This is not do this because have faith in me or have respect for me. This is a logical discussion. This man is not ready for faith. His faith is gone, right? Right? He wants real answers, logical answers. This is not a man who's going to be satisfied with I hate to say it, BS. Right? You cannot give a man who's in that situation. Yeah, you know, and then there is a line in the book, he says, and you know, uh anybody, well, I I guess it's it's a spoiler, you know, he loses his child. And uh he says, anybody, the next person who comes and tells me that God took my child away because he loves him more, I'm gonna box them in the face. Wow. Yeah, and so you you know, you have this and you say, Okay, all right, we have a man who is in so much pain. How can spirituality, can spirituality help this person? And it's non-religious spirituality, because spirituality, there is only one kind of spirituality which is non-religious. There is no religious spirituality, spirituality is never religious, it cannot be.
SPEAKER_00:Religion is is a is a tool of man, it has nothing to do with spirit, really. I think.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, it does not, it cannot, right? And so they go back and forth talking about life, the challenges, they talk about finding peace, how to make progress on the spiritual path, and really helping each other's careers because his mentor uh is no saint himself.
SPEAKER_02:Right, right.
SPEAKER_01:As we find out later by you know uh spoilers of the book, uh left and right. But uh but it's it's you know it's how the the the story unfolds, and all of us, you know, Travis and Rishi are these characters. Uh Travis is the the CEO, Rishi is the mentor. But we we all have Travis and Rishi within us. And we we we go through we go through grief, we go through challenges in life, we get upset, we get irritated, and then there is a side of us that calms us down. And this this dance is going on us all the time. So that's what the book is about. But what the book really does, the I I you know it's as an objective assessment. The book presents these spiritual truths that every one of us can go verify for ourselves, which truly are groundbreaking because they don't require fate, they do not require you to die and then find out if it is true. Right. Okay, you can verify in them now, here, and understand the logic, right? And then go, yes, this makes sense to me, and then practice and experience the truths for yourself, right? And I I I obviously just love it. I love I love what the book presents. Um, it truly can change lives, and it should.
SPEAKER_00:So it seems to me that um part of your purpose is to share these truths that you've discovered with other people so that they can better themselves and discover them for themselves. And as an author, you've been able to put this information out. Do you reach out to people in other ways, or is there do you counsel people or do you uh speak publicly, or how how do you uh I I do uh you know, I I counsel people on through my spirituality within work, which is the the channel.
SPEAKER_01:My channel is called Spirituality Within, the website, all of that is spirituality within. So through that, I help people. I of course in my uh company, I I've been an executive coach for 25 years. And so I've coached CEOs and top-level executives, very rich people, on what they feel and how they should go. But you know, both business side and my first book is is uh is also the story of a CEO doing a business transformation and going through or needing to go through a personal transformation. So I I I have done that, I I do coaching all the time. Um and you know, I reach out, I I have my own YouTube channel and then my social media and website. I write articles all the time um and and do podcasts, um you know, do a lot of podcasts and reach out because the these truths have been how should I say this? We have been deprived of these truths. Uh spirituality is incredibly simple. You know, thousands of years ago, the sages in India discovered spirituality, right? And since then, religion has layered dogmas, doctrines, complexity, mysticism, mysteriousness on top of it, but we have lost it. Right. And now, if you look at spirituality, if you go do a um a search on Wikipedia or Google or Chat GPT, and you will get three, four pages long description of spirituality, which will one give you a headache, or two, put you to sleep, or both. Right. They put you to sleep and you wake up with a headache. You get that spirituality hangover, and you go, wow, you know, this is not for me. I I got real problems in my life. I I really don't have time for this to go get a PhD on spirituality. And so what has happened is it's created the perception that spirituality is for scholars, for monks, for ascetics. It's really not for, it's not practical. And that is what I want to change. Spirituality is stunningly simple and intensely practical for us in our modern day life. Right? And it can it has the power to really transform our life because it changes our perspective on life, it raises our quality of life. And helps us connect with that peace within. Right? Because spirituality is within us. You have a choice whether you follow a religion or not.
SPEAKER_00:Absolutely.
SPEAKER_01:Spirituality is not a choice because it is in your DNA. All right.
SPEAKER_00:But you have a choice to seek it out and understand it and experience it or ignore it. So there's always a choice involved. Fair enough. Fair enough.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I I I describe spirituality, you know, I some people avoid it at all costs. Yeah, you know, it's like swimming. Right. Everyone on earth has the ability to swim.
SPEAKER_00:Right.
SPEAKER_01:But not everyone knows how to. But they can learn.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Right? And so spirituality, and and we can get into the why do I make this claim that spirituality is stunningly simple? I can answer the question, what is spirituality? And so your listeners can then get uh an understanding of what I'm talking about, because otherwise it's just words. Then I think it's it's uh marketing that I say it's stunningly simple. No friends. And I challenge you before you know you're about to listen to this definition that I'm going to give you. But go go when you when you get a chance, search the word spirituality and you'll get so much mumbo jumbo around it. Let me give you the syphilis definition.
SPEAKER_00:Okay.
SPEAKER_01:And it is so simple, but you have to take it with all the seriousness and give it the respect because its ramifications are huge. Okay. Sometimes we come across something that is simple and we do not respect it. We'd rather respect some complex mumbo jumbo because it sounds something out of touch, right? Out of our reach. You get these spiritual authors, leaders come on, and then they use the eloquent terms that require a dictionary. And you say, Oh, the guy must be really smart because I don't understand a word of what he said. Wake up, please. Let's get serious. This is serious. This affects your life. Don't believe the BS that gets said, and don't get caught in the complexity. Here is spirituality. Spirituality is the experience of your own life force. That is it. This is the simplest definition of spirituality on earth. It cannot get any simpler than this, and it cannot get any powerful than this, any more powerful than this. And what is the life force? You know, there are many terms we call it. We we call it a soul, spirit, atma. Every language has a word for it. But it is really the energy that keeps you alive, right? As long as that energy is there in you, you're alive and dynamic. Once that leaves, you are people are going to say, your own family members are going to say, you know, he or she is gone. Okay. Um, you're gonna know what do you mean he's gone? He's still here. You know, no, he he passed away. He's left, right? Okay, that energy is what gives you your dynamism when you experience your own energy, your life begins to transform. Okay, it's that simple. And and think about this definition for a second. It's only what is it, what are what are involved in the definition? It's you and your life energy. There is nobody else involved. You don't need somebody's permission, you don't need somebody's uh blessings, you do not need to go to a pilgrimage, you don't need to read my book. I I wish you would read my books, but you don't have to because I'm just giving you what is core in the book, right? I'm just is the biggest spoiler. Okay, right. Spirituality is experiencing your own life energy when you experience that. Oh my god, you you you wake up. And in fact, that, if you will, is the ultimate purpose of your life. Because all the other purposes in life, you may be wanting to become a CEO, a movie star, you may want to become an Olympian, or you may just want to be a you know, uh a school teacher and have uh have kids, or you may have, you know, family, build a good family, build a house with the fence, uh, whatever. All of those purposes are of the mind, they're not a life purpose. Your life's ultimate purpose is to experience your own energy. And it is a it is to experience your own energy, it's a natural process, and it's an automatic process, and we can talk about that. Uh, but you need to really friends, if you have if you have listened to this podcast, please remember that you should do everything possible to begin to experience your own soul. All right, and your beliefs don't matter. Your it doesn't matter whether you are religious or not, whether you're atheist or not, it doesn't matter, none of that matters, friends. It doesn't matter who you are, it doesn't matter whether you are uh a prime minister or a president or you're a soldier, it doesn't matter if you're a billionaire or you're poor, it doesn't matter whether you are a priest. Or dare I say it, oh my God, this will get me uh censored. It doesn't matter if you're a sex worker, it doesn't matter whether you're a criminal or a saint, it doesn't matter if you're a man, woman, or transgender, it doesn't matter whether you are gay, straight, asexual, hypersexual, nothing matters. It doesn't matter if you're 90 years old or nine years old, friends. It does not matter. Every one of us on earth, without exception, without exception, no one can be denied, can experience our own energy.
SPEAKER_00:Wow, that's beautiful. And as I suspected, we were gonna get deep into a conversation, go way over our time, and I just think that you know you encapsulated a thought better than I would have asked you to come around and rethink it. I think this is amazing. Um, Ravi, as I suspected from the beginning of our conversation, we need to come back and continue this. We have much more to talk about. But unfortunately, as you know, audience doesn't have a long attention span. And so if I don't cap these things around the time we are at, no matter how riveting you are, people get lost and they they water off. So I'd like to uh give you this opportunity to share how people can find you, reach you, find your book, all of those things. And uh I would most ardently want you to come back and share some more time here on the show.
SPEAKER_01:Um I would love to be back, Joe. It would be a privilege. Uh, and to the listeners who have stayed until this point, thank you for uh holding your attention so far.
SPEAKER_00:Appreciate it. Most of them have stayed, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, and uh you can you can uh visit spiritualitywithin.com, my website where I put a lot of ideas out. I have I put a lot of videos on YouTube. Again, the handle is spirituality within on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. You can connect with me on LinkedIn. Uh, but all these places, Spirituality Within on Twitter, uh, you have it. You can buy the book, Happy Soul Hungry Mind, on Amazon in hard copy or Kindle or Audible version. Or if you want to save 20 bucks, you can go to YouTube and the entire audiobook is available on YouTube for free. Uh I'd rather you spend the 20 bucks, but if you want to save it, then there is a pathway for that. But because it's more important, uh friends, for you to really explore this. What you've heard today is something magnificent. Not because I am saying it, it's because it's about you. Right. You are magnificent. I'm just here to tell you that. All right, you have an incredible capability, this wondrous ability to experience your own soul.
SPEAKER_00:What a beautiful message. And you know, it's wild that when somebody makes a discovery, whether it's the gospel or whether it's uh experiencing your own life force or discovering that something works, it's empty unless you can share it. And so you've got the passion to share this, and that tells me right off the bat, even if I didn't believe what you were saying, I know that you've got a passion that says I've got to find out for myself. So that is powerful. Well, Ravi, I just am so grateful that your publicist found us and that we were able to meet each other and uh thank them. And please um let's schedule a time to get back and continue this conversation as we can.
